Refund Policy

The Stitchden returns process is straightforward: you can return your purchase at your nearest post office or tobacconist. Simply send an email to info.stitchden@gmail.com, and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the item.

We kindly ask that you return the item within 14 days from the order delivery date (or from the date it was available for collection).

RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND

We understand that sometimes customers may not be satisfied with their purchase and may simply want a refund. Provided that the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns under the following terms. An item returned within 14 days of delivery or collection will be fully refunded through the same payment method used to place the order. The return shipping cost is entirely the responsibility of the customer. In cases of exchange, shipping fees are also the customer’s responsibility. We commit to processing your refund within 14 days of receiving the item in our warehouse. If you wish to request a refund within this period but are unable to return the item for any reason, please contact us. In this case, the refund will be made at our sole discretion.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DEADLINE?

We do not accept returns of unwanted items received after the above-stated deadlines. If you send a return after the deadline, we may have to decline it.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Returns remain the sender’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Please always request a shipping receipt for your return in case it is needed later (this service is free of charge at La Poste and other authorised centres).

ORIGINAL CONDITION

For us, hygiene and customer safety are top priorities, which is why we have a few important rules to follow. You may try on an item as you would in a store, but it must not be used otherwise. If an item is returned damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, you will not receive a refund, and we may ask you to have the item sent back to you (shipping costs are your responsibility). All returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for any items they wish to return until they reach our warehouse. Please package them carefully to prevent damage during transport. For this reason, we always recommend requesting a receipt for your return in case it is needed later (this service is free of charge at La Poste and other authorised centres).

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

If the item you wish to return is defective, please contact our customer service team via email at info.stitchden@gmail.com.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please send them in separate packages with the individual items for each order. We will refund the amount paid to the bank account used for the purchase (including discounted items). The amount will be credited to your account within a maximum of 10 working days from the refund date.
