  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • StitchDen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • StitchDen is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
